Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Four Elements: Brick Breaker (the "Game"), developed and published by AinX Inc. ("AinX," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, AinX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not give you any ownership rights in the Game or its content and does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Advertisements and Rewarded Features
The Game may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Rewarded features, if offered, are provided at our discretion. A reward may not be granted if an ad is unavailable, fails to load, fails to complete, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation. Virtual rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or property.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Game in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Exploits bugs, cheats, or unauthorized third-party software
- Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Game
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Game or related systems
Third-Party Services and Platform Terms
The Game may rely on third-party services, including mobile advertising services and app distribution platforms such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their separate terms, policies, and privacy notices.
AinX is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or third-party outages except to the extent required by applicable law.
Availability and Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time, with or without notice. We may also release patches, updates, or changes to content, balance, presentation, or ad behavior.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Game, including artwork, music, text, and software, is the exclusive property of AinX Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. AinX does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available on every device or in every territory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AinX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above. Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea.
